• Heat treated product
• Deep freeze product / or and fresh
• Storage temperature: -18˚C (freezer)/-2oC to 4oC (fresh)
• Must be cooked adequately at temperatures above 75˚C before consumption.
Preparation instructions – Directly from freezer / fridge
Oven: Place in a preheated oven at 200°C, for about 20 minutes (from freezer) / 10 minutes (from fridge).
