Breaded Hoki Fillet

Cooking directions: Cook directly from freezer
Oven: Pre-heat oven at 180˚C. Place the product in a cooking pot and cook for approx. 30 minutes.
Frying pan: Place the product in warm oil and average heat and fry each side for approx. 5 minutes.
Fryer: Fry the hoki fillet in pre-heated oil at 175˚C for approx. 6 minutes.
